I myself practice yoga for more than 15 years, despite suffering from MS. I consider Yoga as a philosophy and tool which is always and everywhere available for
me, with tremendous benefits for the body, mind and soul. I like to share these benefits with other people who suffer from MS, since MS shall not hold us back from practising yoga,
respectively, on the contrary, it can be extremely supporting and good on us.
I offer private yoga classes for women with MS, and it is also planned to offer online yoga courses, open to all people with MS (men and women).
