Yoga with MS

If Yoga is practised regularly it has a positive impact on our central and vegetative nervous system, body and mind. It is also proven that it leads to better sleep, lower blood pressure, more flexibility (both, physically and mentally).
For people living with MS it is very important to keep moving and flexible to reduce spasticity or to avoid it completely.  I myself practice yoga for more than 15 years, despite suffering from MS. I am convinced that it has helped me and my body a lot to live and adjust to this complex conditions, and that my body compensates much better than it would without Yoga.


I consider Yoga as a philosophy and tool which is always and everywhere available for me and thus like to share my long lasting experiences of practising and intensive studying (including a 150h teacher training), with others who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis -  Let's get in touch!
