I myself practice yoga for more than 15 years, despite suffering from MS. For people with MS it is very important to keep moving and flexible to reduce spasticity or to avoid
it completely. Overall, if practised regularly it has a positive impact on our central and vegetative nervous system, beside other benefits as described in the intro.
I consider Yoga as a philosophy and tool which is always and everywhere available for me and thus like to share my long lasting
experiences of practising and reading about yoga philosophy with others who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis - MS or any other impairment shall not hold us back from practising yoga,
respectively, on the contrary, it can be extremely supporting and good on us. Let's get in touch!
